Talofa lava! My name is Altar Peni and I am the teacher in Room 10 (Year 2 and 3). I have worked at Rongomai since 2011 and have been privileged to see alot of positive progress in my time here.
I am married to my beautiful wife Nardia and we have a growing home of children who we dearly love. At Rongomai, Nardia and her mother help me to lead our Tongan group with different songs and dances and customs. I myself am a Samoan born in NZ so I have several languages spoken around me – some which I need to learn!
My family and I go to Papatoetoe Bible Chapel and we enjoy our fellowship and learning to live our lives as genuine Christians. I enjoy following sports, listening to music and chilling at home with my wife and kids. I look forward to meeting more of our Rongomai community over time.
